To use the Wilton Candy Melting Pot, start by washing the removable silicone pot before and after each use, ensuring it is completely dry before adding candy. To preheat, place the silicone pot in the heating base and turn the switch to "Melt" for 5 minutes. Then, use Wilton Candy Melts candy or chop melting chocolate into small pieces, adding smaller amounts for faster melting. Stir the candy occasionally until it is completely melted, adding more if desired, up to the MAX FILL line.

When the candy is fully melted, move the switch to "Warm" to keep it fluid. If the candy begins to cool and thicken, switch back to "Melt." When you're finished, turn the switch to "Off" and let the pot cool before cleaning.
